I am a biggest fan of mindful moments, of filling up your cup and taking a slow moment. And my personal favourite, and daily(ish) routine is yoga and mediation – something I am currently studying too. For me, moving my body mindfully and intentionally changes any ‘sticky’ feelings I have, and a moment (or several) of mindfulness, or mediation helps me create space in my mind and thoughts, and help me find clarity and calm.
