Here are some of my tips for creating brand awareness.
Let’s first start with our 5 Pillars, it’s so important to truly know and create your brand like it is another person. Solidify that personality and leverage off the other 4 pillars in your tool kit. Once you’ve figured out your direction and personality, it’s time to create messages! Whoop whoop, it’s time to talk to your people!
The best way to reach your people is to use different mediums, don’t focus on one channel, as you’re missing an opportunity to be seen elsewhere. Brand awareness is simply seeing a brand everywhere! You want to make sure you’re focusing on seeing and reaching people where they are already in different ways. This doesn’t mean you have to start, subscribe and sign in to all these channels, you can collaborate with others who already have an established audience in these.
With brand awareness, we don’t want quick hits, quick hits are content that lives and dies quickly, such as social media. You want to create good search-ability around what you do with long-form content supporting (that’s a library of all you do, such as a website, so your people can google you and find and consume your content)
Another tip is to look in your space and others serving in the space similar to see how you can collaborate. Brand awareness ultimately creates curiosity and when that curiosity is met with content that delivers that’s where you’ll find actual results.
